Immersive Exhibition

With Renaissance, the Atelier des Lumières, Paris’s first major immersive venue, is taking a new artistic turn. To support this evolution, Culturespaces relied on Cutback, responsible for producing the visuals and staging the works in the space: 1,500 m², 140 video projectors, around fifty lighting projectors, smoke machines and lasers, to transform the hall into a living, fully immersive stage. In close collaboration with Jean-Baptiste Hardoin, author and artistic director, Cutback helped develop a new visual narrative over 52 minutes: storytelling, rhythm, and relationship to the architecture. A show that sets a new standard for the immersive genre.
