With Renaissance, the Atelier des Lumières, Paris’s first major immersive venue, begins a new artistic direction. To support this evolution, Culturespaces relied on Cutback — responsible for producing the visuals and staging the works within the space: 1,500 m², 140 video projectors, around fifty lighting projectors, smoke machines and lasers, transforming the hall into a living, fully immersive stage. Working closely with Jean-Baptiste Hardoin, author and art director, Cutback helped create a new 52-minute visual narrative: storytelling, pacing, and the relationship to architecture. A show that sets a new standard for the immersive genre.
